Crunchy Homemade Granola

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds
  • 1. 5 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup water .
  • Coconut nectar or honey

METHOD:  

Preheat the oven to 150° Celcius 

In a big bowl add the oats, mixed seeds, nuts and coconut flakes

In a small bowl add the olive oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, water and 2 tbsp coconut nectar. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, making sure everything is coated evenly.

Spread the mix evenly over two trays and bake for 20 - 30 mins or until browned.
